Payment can be made through Paypal, a secure on-line payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you don't need to sign up to use this service, and can pay directly through the site by credit card.
For our customers from Czech Republic and Slovakia we offer a bank transfer payment.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3-10 business days, depend on items processing time. Please allow up to 10 days for the pieces with stone settings to be made from time of order.
All international orders are shipped from Czech Republic by registered airmail with a tracking code.
For our customers from Czech Republic and Slovakia we offer also delivery by Zásilkovna.
-Delivery times are estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.
-We will send you an email with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped.
-If your order is a rush, please email info@vikamayzel.com and we will let you know as soon as possible if a rush option is available.
Estimated shipping times:
- Czech Republic: 1-3 business days.
- Europe: 6-10 business days.
- United States: 7-21 business days.
Please note:
* Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duty and taxes to be paid at the point of delivery by the receiver.
* We're not liable for things lost or stolen in the mail.
* It is a buyer responsibility to provide correct shipping address.
